Show Data Point as a Table

I'm rebuilding a report and I can't find out how they turned on this feature. See image below. I know I can create a tooltip page or drill through page, but to me this is much cleaner and easier. Any thoughts.

Hi @Anonymous ,

  1. If the Value is a column in the visual, 'Show Data point as a table' is available. You can just right click on the data element in the visual and will see the option as the picture you haved posted
  2. If the Value is a measure in the visual, 'Show Data point as a table' is not available.

Maybe you can also refer the following simliar case:
