Should I apply the filter direction when using RLS?

I have my data in SSAS, I am unsure if I should click or not "Row Level security".

 

When I hove over it says:

What happenss if I select/unselect the option??

Is the screenshot of SSAS or Power BI?
I think you should turn it on because it does affect the filter direction.
