Sharing dashboards
Hi Is there a maximium number of people you can share a dashboard with if you dont have Power BI Pro. I would be trying to share with 300-400 people but my organisation doesnt have Power BI Pro. ...

I believe that the better way to do this is to share the link as a web URL this way people don't need to ave a Power BI but can acces the information. This way will give you the Dashboard as you see them in the Data Stories Gallery.

I use this on my workplace and everyone as acces to the dashboards without having 300 power bi accounts.

Thanks for your reply. I was trying to keep the dashboard private within my organisation. If I share the dashboard as a web URL then it is publically available to people outside my organisation - is this correct.
