Sharepoint site file source and else-if calculated field

Hello Dear Community!

I started to get familiarize Power BI just a few months ago and I would like to build a dashboard, which uses excel files from Sharepoint sites which are refreshing in a daily bases and after this refreshment, they got a new file name. I added the most actual file's path to the Power BI, it is working well, but obviously I will cannot use the Refresh button, as the path will change every day. Does anyone has a solution for that?

My other question is related to calculated columns. My goal would be, that in this column get a calculated value, if a condition is valid:

if XY column (with string data), contains 80M, then this calculated new column = WZ (with number data) *1.6, else this calculated new column =WZ

I tried to find the solution in several sources, but now I am a little lost 🙂

Thanks for any help a lot!

BR,

Anett

Hello @Idrissshatila

Thanks a lot for this guidance, I will try it, but at first sight it seems a little bit complex to me, as I am a really beginner 😄
