Hi,
I am currently moving my reports over from Box to onedrive. I used to use a shared link from box so that a collegue could refresh my reports while I am off. I can't schedule these refreshes either as they come from formatted excel sheets so I can hold certain data points in place that would change week to week.
The issue I am currently having is that the sharepoint URL link is not displaying data that is in an excel sheet properly I have also put the data using the same URL into a new PBI report to test and it displays correctly.
Data tab in report:
Data in excel:
Same data link in new report:
I have tried refreshing and removing the data and re-adding it with limited success as shown above.
Any help or ideas appreciated.
Hi @churchman ,
Thanks for your posting.
Since you made the correct data in a new report, we can probably rule out the possibility of a URL error.
Please check carefully your report again to see if there's any filters affects the data dispalying. You can go to Power Query editor to see every steps to find the cause.
In addititon, try full refresh the report by clicking the refresh button. Sometimes, incomplete data display may be caused by incomplete loading.
Best Regards,
Stephen Tao

Hi @Anonymous
Unfortunately none of this has fixed my issue. In the data query the data comes in wrong and refreshing seemingly does nothing.
I have now deleted and readded some data that was broken in a different part of the report which fixed the other broken queries. Hopefully everything refreshes properly next week as well.
