Hi. I have created a PowerBi that is getting its data from a sharepoint list and it worked great for about 6 months. A fact worth mentioning here is the setting on the list that only allows people to see their own items, so for example user1 can add / remove / see only his items etc, however I can see all of them (I'm a list owner). This morning the PowerBi ONLY show my items and it does not show anyone else. I did not change anything, so I assume some sort of security service update caused this. I checked the credentials on the PowerBI, and I can still see all items on the list. Any ideas please : ( ?
There have been multiple posts on this in the last couple of days - my guess is it's a bug. I would submit a support ticket to facilitate it getting addressed more quickly. 🙂
