Sharepoint Folder Issue

Hi Team,

 I have connected Power Bi with Sharepoint Folders & I am getting below error since last 2 days on Power BI Desktop.

Error Msg:

An error occurred in the ‘L3 Digital’ query. DataSource.Error: SharePoint: Request failed: https://pgone.sharepoint.com/sites/MidwestRegionTeam/Shared Documents/Meijer Team/Dashboard360/eComm/raw_data/L3_Digital/we20201107_Digital Shopping Report - L3 Digital_xlsx/_api/contextinfo
Details:
DataSourceKind=SharePoint
DataSourcePath=https://pgone.sharepoint.com/sites/MidwestRegionTeam
SPRequestGuid=d49a959f-0013-b000-ada7-25d9cf0d5e28

If I apply 'Refresh Preview' 7-8 times then it is working fine. But it is taking long time to refresh. Could you please help me with this?

Following Steps Tried:

1.Upgarded Power BI Version

2.Created in same queries in New PBIX file

3.Clear the Permission for Data Source and Reconnected.

4.Disabled Parellel Data loading option.

Thanks in Advance!

My workaround today (still facing the issue off an on) was to walk away and try again later.  Or you can download the files/folder to build against, and then switch the source back to SharePoint later.

Pat

I saw same behavior yesterday and assume it was an issue with O365.  Hoping it is fixed today.

Pat

Thank you @mahoneypat 🙂

Do we have any work around for this as a user?

Thanks,

Rupesh
