Sharepoint - Access Denied

Hi, today when i try to connect data from Sharepoint i receive this error:   "Connection failed, access denied"   Why?    Thanks

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Which connector did you use? The web connector or the sp connectors as the pic?

     

     

    I made a test here using the web one. Everything worked well. Here the verification method is organization account and the using the link as the picture : https://xxxxx.sharepoint.com
