Sharepoint - Access Denied

Which connector did you use? The web connector or the sp connectors as the pic?
I made a test here using the web one. Everything worked well. Here the verification method is organization account and the using the link as the picture : https://xxxxx.sharepoint.com

The difference is from the Sharepoint side. You can refer to the blog Folder vs. Library in SharePoint. Since the issue is solved, could you please makr the answer as a solution to close the case. Thanks in advance.

Hello. This issue has gotten in the way of my Power BI work for years.
When I attempt the web connector, I receive the error above.
I look at one colleage's work, he uses
= Excel.Workbook(Web.Contents
and it works without issue. I try the same thing, I get that error. Ugh!
Sometimes, I can work around it by opening the SharePoint in Internet Explorer, then launching in Folder model.
