hi dears
i got a table ( excel ) which i have ( name, duration.. etc )
the duration its not a calculated clumn, it is already there
so when i export it to sharepoint it shows me different duration
i.e.
the below Clumn ( Avg Hold ) from powerbi ( the correct which i need it )
but when it goes to sharepoint it shows the below
if you can see above the AVG Hold in sharepoint added hours. when it is not there in powerbi
by the way in powerquery editor in powerbi the AVD Hold type is ( Hours )
can you advice?
hi v-yanigmy
thank you for your quick response. the expected output is to see the average hold time in sharepoint exactly like the original one in powerbi
currently my average hold time ( in powerbi ) is correct. but once i share the link to my sharepoint it add the hours . when there is no hours in the original file
i tried to convert the average hold time to text in power query but it not working
Hi, angle_Fbi
May I ask if this is the expected output you are looking for? Based on your description, I'm sorry I couldn’t reproduce your problem, but I've tried some solutions. You can follow the following to try to solve your problem.
Solution 1:
Changing the data type of the Avg Hold column to Text in PowerQuery.
Solution 2:
Without changing the data type of the Avg Hold column in the PowerQuery (which is still of type Time), change the time format of the Avg Hold column of the visual object to 24 hours in the DeskTop interface.
Solution 3:
Please check that the time settings on your computer and the time settings on desktop are the same.
If this doesn't work feel free to contact us.Best Regards,
