SharePoint list & Direct Query: Workaround?

Hello everyone,

I have a requirement to build a dashboard with data from a SharePoint list with the following requirements:

-This dashboard will be used to check on which items a ressource has to work

-The freshness of the dashboard must be less than 10 minutes

- The company only got Power BI Pro licenses

So after few searches, it is not posible to achieve that without workaround, so the first points on which I digged

- in Powerapps, create a dataflow to refresh a dataverse table but the minimum time for a scheduled refresh is 30 minutes (due to the limitation of 48 refrehshes/days)

I found the following topics which mentionned something similar with an excel files into one drive (https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Desktop/Using-Dataflows-for-Iterative-Excel-File-Processin...)

Would it be possible to acheive the same results with Power Automate ? The sharepoint list is use a lot (I would say more than 200 modifications in day)

Do you have any other idea?

Many thanks for your help

May not be relevant for your license situation but a push dataset in combination with a Power Automate trigger could be an alternative.
