SharePoint PDF URL to Power BI

Hello,

I am working on a report tracking PDF downloads that are saved on a SharePoint site. I want to grab the page url and build the url into a conditional column that is already set up. The problem I have is identifying the part of the url that I need for each PDF that will track when a person downloads the PDF, it will register as a download. I have tried copying the url in various parts to make a condition, but do not see my page url or page name in the column after adding the condition. I have gone to the Sharepoint and copied the path, and it still does not recognize the url. How do I capture the correct url to place into Power BI and see results from downloads?

Hi @eb1362 ,
Thanks for @amitchandak  reply.
According to your description, you want to get the record about the downloads on sharepoint and create a report to display this record which needs to contain the url of the particular file. Here are some steps that you can refer.
First, we want to review all the files downloaded from a specific SharePoint Online site set. You can search based on your desired time range and specified date interval and then go to that search to export as csv file

Secondly, import the csv file obtained in the previous step into your power bi and set the file path as a hyperlink. Please note that it must start with http, https to be recognized.
