Share report with external users
Hello,
I am looking to share a report or add external users to my workspace, can someone give a step-by-step explanation of how to do it? I am currently on a Power BI Pro license.

You could buy Premium capacity starting at $5K per month to share reports with external users.
OR
If your end-users only need a PDF report AND you are open to third-party solutions, take a look at BI Helper https://bihelper.tech.
