I would like to share only some pages of my report with different people. It is possible to create a different url for each page to share the report?

I don;t think you can do it but you can pin this report as live page on a dashboard and share that dashboard rather report?
Do you see any issue with that?
Although each page in a report is a different url but once you shared on url, use can switch between pages, so pinning page on dashboard will be the option.

But some of the people that I want to share it are from outside my organization, so I can't share the dashboard with them, rigth?
