Hi,
I am using this shapefile provided by our electoral instance here in Québec:
https://www.electionsquebec.qc.ca/documents/zip/circonscriptions_electorales_2017_shapefile.zip
Tried using mapshaper.org to convert to topojson with 2% simplification.
When I load my topojson as a shape in Shape map, I get what appears to be a representation of a picasso moisac.
Not sure what I'm doing wrong as I've done the same process with other Shapefiles and it has worked like a charm.
Solved! Go to Solution.
yes, we've seen this before. I think it's the projection type, it should be wgs84. Have a search on the forum for this.
You can change it in mapshaper.
Let me know how it goes.
