Setting a Default Value for a Slicer that is select all after selecting value in matrix

Hi,
I have 3 visuals on same page of power bi desktop one is slicer for states and other two is line chart and matrix so I removed the interaction between slicer and matrix,if I select some value in matrix that have top 5 state according to sales shortfall RCA that will reflect the line chart and will show count of RCA by month. If I select state on slicer that will also reflect the line chart but after this selection I am selecting any state from top 5 state in matrix, the line chart is not showing any value so I want that if I select state from matrix the slicer should clears the selection and by default changed to select all or none so that the line chart can show value and progress for that particular state. How can it be possible ... Please tell me ..Thanks
