Set up RLS using [User] = USERPRINCIPALNAME() not working

Hi All

I have a PBI file , i need to set up email address = admin@tdstech.com can only view SOURCE=TS

So i create a Session Access Table by data entry :-

I also set up manage role as below :-

I also set up role of view , when i click ok , i can only view SOURCE=TS :-

i mnage to publish the PBI file to web service for admin@tdstech.com site:-

I also set the security , by add the email = admin@tdstech.com :-

When i go to view the report , i still able to view SOURCE=TA ( I suppose only to view SOURCE = TS only ) , may i know where go wrong ?

Are you the admin of the workspace ? If so you have rights to all data as defined by workspace settings

paulyeo@tdstech.com is admin . 
admin@tdstech.com is the user. 
so I need to make user can view SOURCE=TS only 

can advise me what should I do ?
