Set default slicer value to yes (Not single Selection)

Hi,

 

I have a slicer with values "YES" and "No"

I want to set the default selection value to "YES" and the user can change the selection to "NO" or "Select All" based on his need.

Is there any way to achieve this using a measure

 

Note: The slicer should be multi select and not a single selection.

If you select "yes" in power bi desktop and then publish to the service that then becomes the default state.

 

You can also choose to not have the service remember the users choices:
