Set Baseline to perform calculations against

I have a table similar to the following

PersonTaskTypeMinsDate
ATask14501/01/2021
ATask214001/01/2021
BTask315001/01/2021
ATask110002/01/2021

The table shows each person and a tasktype which this person has completed during the day. Then associated to the Tasktype is the number of miniutes within the day which was spent on this task.

So for the example above I can assume in total on 01/01/2021 Person A did 185 mins of work on the two tasktypes.

I have manipulated to show the data as following to show the total mins per task type per person.

TypePerson1
A100
B55
Total155

I now want to take this analysis abit further and drill down into weekly and monthly levels (the raw data file has +1 year worth of data).

Lets say in one week someone is supposed to work 2250 mins (37.5hours), I now want to do a calculation so I can select (filter) a week and automatically it will show via conditional formatting if the user has exceeded or underscored. The same for a month where someone would work 9000 mins and so on.

Well, the key thing here is to create a calendar table and count the working days then multiuply them into the daily target.

In a real life example, you have to have a structured calendar with the holidays and all the off days.

Also you have to have an employee attendance calendar to ignore leaves and vacations.
