According to the knot of documentation on this issue, there are a couple of ways you can try to fix it.
First, connect the ODBC driver to our ServiceNow instance which will connect to the SQL Server database which will connect to the dashboard I created. Logical route: ServiceNow instance > ODBC driver > SQL > Power BINext, you can use this application Power BI Connector for Servicenow
