Separation Text

Hello all,
I have a question about text separation:

I have a column Project and I want to separate the text there.
The projects have different text lengths.
How can I implement this with left, right or mid?

Project	Result
DE_PR_0023  - Project - First-SD	Project - First-SD
DE-PR_0024  - Project Example	Project Example

Have you tried using Split Column by delimiter ?
