Hi @Anonymous,

 

Do you mean conditional formatting in Power BI? You can refer to this blog to try the latest update of this feature in May 2018 release.

 

Besides, if you want to apply  sentiment colors setting in Report Theme, please see: Use Report Themes in Power BI Desktop
