Sending Client PBIX File for them to publish and share.. what if the file is too big?

Hi all - I've finished a project/report for one of my clients. Usually, I'd be in their enviornment and I'm able to publish and share with all of their users. In this case, their IT team said it'd be much quicker/easier for them to take the file and publish themselves.

The PBIX file I have is way too big to send over emai. Is my only option to send it as a PBIT file instead? So they'll just have to reconnect the sources themselves? Is there another workaround for this? My ideal scenario is just to send them the PBIX so they don't have to jump through hoops if they don't know how to do this..

Thoughts?
