Send email with filtered export data to user

Hi! I have a Power BI report running on the service. That report is updated daily. In the report is a table that contains all occurances of a situation unfiltered by users. I would like to send that table as an Excel file (i.e. export data) to each user that has an occurance (i.e. row) in that table at a predetermined frequency (weekly, monthly, etc.). The email should contain the exported data only specific to that user. Is that possible?
