Semantic Model issue

Hi, 

I have connected into a semantic model with my power bi report but when I publish to the workspace, I have the following error message: 

One or more cloud data services for this semantic model has been deleted. 

Then it gives me a link - recreate cloud data services 

When I click this link nothing happens. Any idea what it is that I need to do please?
