Selected Visuals bookmark issues

Hi All, 

I am having a few issues with bookmarks when they are set to selected visuals. I have created a graph and a toggle by using selected visuals which is working fine. However the issues i have is it is altering other visuals which are not part of the selected visuals however still on the same page.

The way it is altering the other visual is very strange, it is a line graph (not one of the selected visuals) with markers on it and when clicking through the selected visuals it is removing the markers on the line graph. It should also be mention that when i view the report online and this issues occurs and i look in edit mode the visual is stating the markers are on the graph however not visable. 

Has anyone else experienced simliar issue or have any soluitons?
