Select date in one diagram for selecting dates in another

Hello.

I have this pbix

I need select date in top diagram for selecting users in bottom diagram (Users in this date last access for accesses this users in bottom diagram by dates). And if I select date in bottom diagramm I need users in this date last accesses in top diagramm from selected date to right direction.

sorry for not understanding your meaning, could you add more details?

after you select the date in top visual, how do you want the bottom visual to change

and how do you want the top visual to change when you select the date in bottom visual.
