Search butten is not visable in slicer

Hello,

I'm trying to make a slicer bused on a list (numeric values). And I would like to include a Search bar. But I can't find it when I click on the three dots.. Can someone explaine why this is?

Is the value in the slicer a a text data type? I believe the search function will work with text only
