Scrollbar on Tooltips there but it disappears too quick?

So... I have a nice tooltip going on with notes but every now and then the tooltip isn't quite big enough to capture all the note. 

But..there's a scrollbar on the tooltip that shows up. But when I go to use the scrollbar the tooltip disappears. What's the point of the scrollbar then?

I assume you are refering to a custom tooltip based on a report page correct? Since this type of tooltips are made with standard visualizations what happens is the normal behaviour on a visual that when the information does not fit then appears a scrollbar, however since it's a tooltip it does not allow interaction so when you try to click it you are no abble to do it.

I advise you to try and understand what is the maximum size that the tooltip can get and adjust your tooltip to that size by adjusting letter size or increasing the size of the visual.
