Scrollable section within report

Hello, 

I have a Power BI report where i want to create a section of the report which is scrollable which has a number of different visuals one it but the outer section does not scroll with the other section. Something along the line of the below:

I hope it is clear from the above, the section within the pink border would be scrollable and the rest would remian staionary.

After my research, I'm afraid it couldn't achieve in Power BI for now.
