Scrap Multiple Pages

Hello,

I have a data coming in from https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/results?term=BCG&cond=Covid19&Search=Apply&recrs=b&recrs=a&recrs=f&re...

However, when I bring it inside BI, it only shows the first 10 records.

Can someone please help me in scraping no matter how many pages are there, without me manually copying pasting stuff in excel.
