When I select refresh now option, there is no problem, that's correct. I also can scheduled refresh without error however the schedule refresh doesn't run. Does anyone know something about it? Thanks.

Checked with PG, this was a known issue for Dataflow and it has been fixed this morning. Kindly update your gateway if necessary and check again.

Based on my test, I cannot reproduce your issue here. Did you set the same timezone as yours for the refresh time?
BTW, please check the refresh history as below.

The configuration of the timezone is UTC + 1 , as my timezone. When I created the data fow this option was UTC + 2 (default). And then, when I want to scheduled refresh I changed this option to UTC + 1. I observe that the scheduled refresh is done at UTC+ 2, is that, one hore after the scheduled refresh.
So, in my case, I scheduled refresh for 11:30 AM, but it refresh at 12:30 AM. And the last scheduled refresh that it show is at 11:30.
It's like a power bi do the scheduled refresh with the old configuration timezone (UTC + 2).
