Hi @sclencioco,

 

First, please check whether the data source is still connected successfully under gateway configuration. Test whether the dataset be updated manually in desktop.

 

By the way, what is your data source?

Data source is connected and datasets can be updated manually. 

 

Data source? we're using csv files.
