Scheduled Refresh failed

I scheduled my report to run on Feb 19 and this was the status received:

Data source error: Login failed for data source "name of database"

 

More details showed these:

SessionID: xxxxxxx-xxx
The credentials provided for the Oracle source are invalid. (Source at xxxx.). The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface.

 

Any help on this will be appreciated -

    Hi chi,

    Please double-check your name of database, and provide correct credentials when you configure the schedule refresh.
