Scheduled Refresh and URL decoding

Hello,
I've been having trouble with setting up a scheduled refresh for my dashboard in SharePoint. We have a gateway but it doesn't like that our dynamic URLs. So we have been trying Web.Contents and all different parameters. The Query parameter encodes the URL and double encodes some parts but there is no decode for PowerBI. It also gives back an error with a "bad request 400". The RelativePath also doesn't work and gives back an error of "Cannot convert a value of type record to type text". Is there another way to set up a scheduled refresh with dynamic URLs and/or decode the URL. (I also have 1,300 different URLs in the system so I cannot manually plug them in by part).

I am not able to show the exact url used but when placing when i try to publish the dataset and try to set up a schedule refresh, it says that it is unable to do that because there's dynamic variables. I have tried using a Web.Contents with Query parameter which doesn't grab any data and shows an error of "400 Bad Request". I have tried using Web.Contents with RelativePath and got the error of "cannot convert type record to type text". I have tried all parameters that would go with Web.Contents and have had an error for each one.

Can't help you if you can't provide usable details.

I don't see you using RelativePath or Query.

That's what I tried using before and only got errors. I got to this point where the Web.Contents is semantic and the "url" part which changes is in an Excel sheet. I am now trying to move any documentation to a public drive and out of a local one. It still doesn't work yet. So I am now trying to put all the "url" parts in a table directly from powerbi so I don't have to use excel. I am still working that out now.
