Resolver IIIScheduled Refresh Error - Cannot connect to the mashup data source.
Hi all,
Im realy need your help, I have that error for 2 weeks, microsoft support dont give me any way to resolve the issue, after tring with them few basic things like publish the model again they asked me some logs and tell me it will go to product team.
Im relly need thats upadtes so maybe someone here had the same issue.
The spacific data set can be refresh from the desktop but i got an error when tring to refresh from the service :
Cannot connect to the mashup data source. See error details for more information.Hide details

The data sources that this dataset uses are being used in other datasets and everything is fine with them, so its not a problem on my servers with port or something.
Does anyone know some way to resolve it?

I solved the issue
I cant explain why i got that error only with that data set but when I add the gateway IP to the servers whitelist the issue has been resolved.

Do you use mixed data sources here?
After researching, I find some similar issues sloved and hope it can give you some ideas.

Drorsif mixed data source means several DBs on diffrent servers and also APIs connection so yes..
I have tried all the solutions in these 2 posts but nothing help

Do you have gateway on these different servers to connect to DBs?
