Schedule refresh for imported SQL database

Hi.

I would like to schedule a resfresh everyday for my data. My data is imported from a SQL-database - it is a CRM system. 

I have tried to login through different authentications but it will not connect to my data source. What should I do?

And is it Personal or Enterprise?

Configure scheduled refresh - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Your authentication here needs to be the same as when the desktop links the data source. Generally, we use window or basic authentication.
Make sure that the user name and password are correct.
Secondly, this is import mode, not Directquery, right? If it is import, you can try the personal gateway.

Hi @v-yalanwu-msft. 

It is Enterprise. I tried to use both basic and windows but it just keep loading. 

It is import - I just dont understand the personal gateway.
