Helper VSchedule Refresh ON single table in dashboard using PBI Dataset
Hi Team,
I have a excel sheet Access RLS stored in sharepoint folder which we are using as a row level security table In dashboard.
Can we refresh this table from PBI service on daily basis using PBI dataset, If yes let me know the pre-requisites to implement it.

Thanks christinepayton and amitchandak . Different licenses have a limit on the number of refreshes. For shared capacity, there is a limit of 8 refreshes per model per day. If the semantic model resides on a Premium capacity, you can schedule up to 48 refreshes per day in the semantic model settings.

The free license allows you to configure scheduled refresh for the My workspace semantic model. If you need to configure a scheduled refresh for the semantic model above for shared capacity, you must have at least a Pro or PPU license.

bhaskarpbi999 , Open the setting of the dataset, do you see that in the connection setting along with refresh settings enabled?

Do we need to have Power BI premium license for scheduling refresh on a dataset or Shared capacity.

Yes, you can refresh SharePoint sources on a schedule. You just need to go into the semantic model settings and give it your credentials (the link will say "edit credentials" and then schedule like any other source.
