Scatter plots with a variable X and Y line

I want to add a measure value on the X an Y axis. I know one can add constant lines on the X and Y axis with values one enters manually, but how can one input a measure value as a constant line that changes as the measure value changes with new data? Basically I want to add constant lines on my X and Y axis, but with a measure value that varies and changes with filters and as new data become available.

Currently, it is not possible to add a variable contant line on X or Y Axis in scatter chart, there are some ideas about this issue, please vote them up.
