Scatter graph - Display column value as Data / Category Label

With the below dataset, am trying to have "Vessel Name" appearing as Data Label above each value of the graph, reproducing the Tableau visual below :

Have tried to add as Value but get this :

Running low on ideas, if anybody could assist ?

Please see below sample data and expected result

Vessel Name	X	Y
VESSEL 1	25.0	22.0
VESSEL 2	24.0	30.0
VESSEL 3	30.0	35.0
VESSEL 4	35.0	40.0
VESSEL 5	39.0	41.0

Indeed. I did find out eventually after wanting to try something else it suddenly worked 😄
