Scatter Chart with Limits

Hi all,

I have been given a data that looks something like this:

Product	Type	Minimum	Maximum	Results	Date
A	1	<=5		3	1/11/2019
A	2	>=8		10	1/11/2019
A	3	5	9	7	1/11/2019
A	4	4	10	7	2/11/2019
B	1	<=5		2	2/11/2019
B	2	>=8		9	3/11/2019

Is it possible for me to produce a visualisation similar to this in power bi (where the straight line equals the minimum and/or maximum limits):
