Scatter Chart: Bubble details cannot be displayed

I created the below scatter chart, the issue is details (Project Name) cannot be displayed when I set x Axis as date, but when i change to any other field format it work fine, any solution please how to make the project name visible in the bubble.

@GhadaMehrez , one of the x or Y -axis needs to be a measure. Seem like that is not true in the second visual.

Both can not be not summarized columns in case scatter

@amitchandak that means as long as the x axis is a date (can not be measured) I will not be able to show details inside bubbles, right?

Hi @GhadaMehrez 

When you add a categorical field (cannot summarize) to the X axis, it is a dot plot chart. See https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/power-bi-visualization-scatter?tabs=powerbi-deskto... You can add Region to the Legend but not in Details. This is by design. You can try adding two columns to the X axis and expand the hierarchy in the visual. 

Otherwise there are some custom dot plot visuals available. They may be helpful to meet your need.
