Saving KPI targets

Hi all,   I'm curious to hear how others are managing there KPI targets.  Instead of logging each kpi in power bi as a target in a visual, how do you manage all the individual KPI's you have?   ...

Hi PaulusD ,

 

1. One way to do this is to use the Power KPI Matrix visual object, which is a customized visual object that can be downloaded from the Marketplace. This visual object allows you to display multiple KPIs in a matrix format, each with indicators, trends, and targets.

2. Another way is to create scorecards and manual metrics in Power BI.

3. A third method is to use the KPI Visual Object in Power BI to display each KPI with its target and actual values.

Thanks for replying!

 

I've heard of these visual but haven't used them as such so far. If i'm correct this has more to do with visualization than with maintaining the KPI targets themselves. Anyhow i'll definitely give these a swing to see how they are setup 🙂

 

Any and all (other) examples are still welcome!.

      Hi Anonymous 

       

      The "problem" is really a problem, but a request to the community to share more idea's to be able to complare different solutions. 

       

      The solution CoreyP  provided was a great (and applicable) example of what I was looking for. Actually I had hoped that more idea's/possible constructions would have been shared in the meantime so I can better evaluate which option would best suit our company.
