Hi,
Today the MS support team reached out to me. They mentioned, when we click on the SAVE button shows a dialog box ("working on it ...) only for the first time save for a report. For subsequent Save, it doesnot show up. The support team itself was not very sure, why this happens and they assume that how its been designed. For the crash to happen next time, and the files were recovered, they asked me to send a crash log in the ticket. Enabling crash log can be in Option and Settings >Diagnostics > Check Enable Tracing > Enable Now. They told me the crash log can be saved for 30 days. So far, this is the solution I got.
Hi @Anonymous ,
If the problem has been solved you can mark the reply for the standard answer to help the other members find it more quickly. If not, please point it out.
Looking forward to your feedback.
Best Regards,
Henry

Thank You so much! Ibendlin for the help. I am a Pro user and new to Power BI. Will update this thread if there is a solution to my issue from MS.
