Same dimension, different same order

Hello,

If on the column with dimensions I have the items a, b and c, can I create in power bi a report 1 in which the order is a, b and c and another report in which the order is b, a and c?

Thank you,

Yes, you can. look at the following example where I sorted the City column by Age using the three dots.  You also turn off the Wrap Text under Values and Column Header.

Now minimize the coumn until it's invisible.

In Power BI, it's not feasible to generate multiple sort orders within a single column. However, you can meet your needs by introducing an extra sort order column in the dimension table. Utilize this specific sort order column exclusively in visuals where an alternate sorting is required, distinct from the default sort. To implement sorting using this designated sort order column, simply drag and drop the new sort order column into the tooltip section. Then, configure the visual axis based on this column to achieve the desired sorting effect.

Thank you for your quick reply, for table visual the tooltip section is only on format area.
Can you tell me please if I can add a sorting column in this table visual and hide it?
