Salesforce Object Connection missing data

I have a report that pulls opportunity data from Salesforce using the Salesforce object connection and I am including relationship columns in my query. It appears that some clients are missing opportunities that show up in Salesforce. There are not any filters applied in the query or in the report. Is there any other reason why Salesforce data would not pull through?
