Sales that happene Prior Year but not This Year - Example Pic included

Hi everyone,

I have a simple model with a sales fact table and the various dimension such as Time/Data, Product, Customer, Country, etc. 

I would like to write a formula that retrieve the YTD of Prior Year Sales only when the condition where Sales YTD TY * Volume YTD TY = 0, so that for every value calculated this can be filtered, summarized by Country, Product, Customer, etc.

I have tried a plenty of formulas but I did not have success: can anyone help me?
