If you’re working on a Power BI report that spans different countries or regions, adding their flags can really jazz things up! Think table, matrix, new card, new slicer – they all get a neat boost with flags.
Here are some cool places to grab flag images:
1. International Organizations’ Websites
The UN, Olympics, and others have flags of their member countries and regions. Check out the UN member list:
https://www.un.org/en/about-us/member-states
And don’t miss the previous Olympics medal table with flags:

2. flagdownload.com
This site has a bunch of flag styles and formats to choose from.
3. Github
Google offers flag images available in both SVG and PNG formats. PNGs can be converted to Base64 for Power BI, and SVGs can be imported as text. Check it out here:
https://github.com/googlefonts/noto-emoji/tree/main/third_party/region-flags
And for something different, there’s HatScripts with circular flags:

Google’s flags come in rectangular and wavy designs, while HatScripts offers a circular look.
