SUM ROWS IN DIFFERENT TABLES

Hello guys,

I need help you about a problem that i've in my organization, see: I have two tables and i need sum a column of table1 and before, in the same visualization, i want sum the other column that do part of the same visualization column, because this, the sum of table don't stop, i am using the IF STATEMENT to FILTER, i don't know what feature that i have use for resolution of problem.

This is my problem, the column realize sum the value of 2017 and 2018, otherwise, the sum will be only 2017, and only 2018.

The realize column have values of a first table, but necessity of values, also, in the other column in the second table.

I AM USING ONLY IF STATEMENT AND AN RELATIONSHIP THAT REPRESENT THE BRIDGE BETWEEN OF TWO COLUMNS (BY MONTH), THEN, PLEASE, IF ANYBODY KNOW SOLUTION, INSERT HERE!

PS: OBSERVE THE COLUMN BUDGET, THAT WORKS BECAUSE I DON'T NECESSITY OF THE OTHER COLUMN IN OTHER TABLE IN THE SAME VISUALIZATION.

Can you share a sample of you data? The pbix file would be great. You can mask your private data first. We need a DAX formula here.
