SQLite disk space issue

Hi All,

I am getting error when i was reloading application 

"The commit failed for this transaction. Error returned: 'insertion failed becuse the database is full. SQLite Error = 13. An error occurred While attempting to insert a row into the system table 'Table' in the metadata database. SQL error or missing database. SQLite Error Code=1." Kindly help me on this. Thanks in advance
