SQL Anywhere v10 Connection Error and Requirements

Hello, I from Power Bi desktop I am trying to connect with a SQL Anywhere Database version 10.0.1.4310, I was provided by IT department an IP, port, as well as username and password. I have tried and not suceeded connecting. I have downloaded the compnents for Sybase connection but the oldest was for v 12 SQL Anywhere. How can I achieve connection? thanks! Juan

Hi @juanlauro ,

According to your description, you need to completely delete or overwrite the old version on your local computer, and then try to reconnect to the lastest verison PowerBi Desktop.

Or it may be affected by other configurations. For further information, please contact the corresponding administrator.
